Disable Power management on HP NICs using script/commandline

Hi, I am trying to disable powermanagement on the NICS of a range of servers - most are HP - ie BL460c G1, BL680 G5. What is the recommended way to do this from the command line? I have a vbscript that works on a per server basis but it does not seem to work uniformly across even HP servers.
