E-800 OS installation

I have an E-800 @ 1.0 GHz with 20 GB SCSI HD.
Misplaced the Navigator CD.
There is a pretty long blank screen after post boot.
While installing NT 4 this message appears : Hardware Malfunction Memory Parity Error..
