Enlarge partition Raid 1

Hello List readers,

On a HP Proliant DL320G5 with 2x500 GB Hotplug Sata harddisk drives in a Raid 1 configuration we want to enlarge the systems C-drive.
However when we want to use gparted or partition magic the two separate drives are shown. I suppose we cannot use these tools.
Is there another, safe way, to change a partition size on this system. Can you please explain what to do?
