Error de lvd en Smart Array 642

Porque me da un un error de lvd con la Smart Array 642 cuando le conecto un dispositivo externo y me dice que esta controladora no soporta lvd

When he connects an external LVD drive to his Smart Array 642, he gets an error that the controller doesn't support LVD.
