Error message after install of ESX 3.0.1

Please help me with this error message:

0:00:00:46.072 cpu5:1045)Mod:490:Initialization for 1pfxdd_732 failed with -19

The ESX OS installed fine yet when I go into Virtual Infrastructure Client to see if the HBA(s) are noticable, they don't show.

Is there any type of firmware, CMOS, or driver upgrade we must install. I am using the Emulex LP9002L-E series HBA(s)
