ErrorCode=E400.300Ch

Just installed a new 3200 controller and received this error during startup:
Self Test Failure: ErrCode=E400.300Ch
This is a brand new controller card...what would cause this?

in wich server do you need to install?
i try first cleaning the slot and reconnecting or using another PCI slot.
