Etherleak NC7781 in DL360 G3 on NT4 Server

After a security scan i discovered that the network card in my dl360 g3 servers are having a etherleak problem.
On windows 2000 it is solved by using the latest windows 2000 driver for the nc7781 card.
But for NT4 server there is no driver availible to solve the problem.

scan result:
The remote host is vulnerable to an 'Etherleak' -
the remote ethernet driver seems to leak bits of the
content of the memory of the remote operating system.

Note that an attacker may take advantage of this flaw
only when its target is on the same physical subnet.
