Extending RAID 5 - Win2003 5i Controller on DL380
I have exchange running on win2003 machine. I am running out of space and have replaced each of my 6 36GB drives with 6 146GB drives. Now I can see the extra unallocated space in the Array configuration utility. My question is how do I go about extending the primary logical drive to use this space and extend the RAID as well. How long does this process take and is it something i will need to do when noone is logged onto the server?
Thanks!
Thanks!
