F8 OPTION DOESNT GIVE ME ORCA

Hi All

The F8 function doesnt give me ORCA console.
and CTRL +A option is also not available..
I want configure raid ,please suggest.
I have LSI adaptec onboard controller and 4 scsi u320 hdd of 72 gb.

any help appreciated
