FTDISK Errors

I have a Proliant 3000 Server running Windows NT Server 4.0. It has a 700GB RAID 5 Volume Set. System Event Viewer is reporting
Event ID: 12 Source FTDISK Description: A stripe set or volume set member listed in the configuration information was missing.
Event ID: 14 Source FTDISK Description: The FT set containing \Device\Missing\VolumeSet2Member0 cannot be used.
Event ID: 14 Source FTDISK Description: The FT set containing \Device\Missing\VolumeSet1Member0 cannot be used.
How can I correct this problem? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Re: FTDISK Errors

I researched the errors and determined Ftedit may be needed to recover the FT Sets. Usually this is used when there are problems accessing data on the drives. I'm having no problems accessing data. Windows NT sees the RAID drive D as a volume which doesn't have fault tolerence. I don't understand why Windows NT would be encountering FTDISK errors. I realize FTDISK is also the driver for volumes as well. Compaq Insight Manager is controlling the RAID 5 Hardware. How does Windows NT know when drives have been replaced and why is Compaq Insight Manager happy and Windows NT Server sees errors?
