Fan on a proliant ML350 G3

I have a server proliant ML350 G3 that is runing UNIX SCO 5.0.5 and is been running great for the past 3 years till couple of days ago the fan start running at full speed. I both a new fun but I still have the same problem is there a better solution out there drivers software there is nothing in BIOS. Please HELP!
