I have a HD HP 36.4 G view attachment file.

Always after firmware initializing appears FIRMWARE SPINNING DRIVER and the screen is block for two minute.

In the netraid tools view configuration the disk is not ON-LINE but READY and is not possible change status in ON-LINE

Lucio,

that disk is probably bad and blocks the SCSI bus, i have seen that before and the controller hangs during the SCSI bus scanning.

Try to remove it and reseat it when the server is OFF, if that does not help put it in a different slot, if no luck then you're having a bad disk.
Last resort is to gently kick the drive mechanism that maybe fixes this disk for a short while but this is a last resort practise only of course.
