Foundation Agent Error on Proliant 1850R

Our Proliant 1850R has been getting some errors from the foundation agent.

Compaq Foundation Agent:
The Compaq Management Agents have detected a process exception:
PID: 54 - Desc: services
[SNMP TRAP: 11004 in CPQHOST.MIB


Can anyone help with this issue?
if more information is needed just let me know
