G1 DL580 PSP

What PSP should I use for a generation 1 DL580 with Windows 2003? The reason I ask is that I have found that there is a control panel applet for controlling the RILOE card, but the latest PSP does not include it. I know the firmware maintenance CD should be 7.4 and Smart Start is 5.5, but what PSP version?
