HP Insight Diagnostics On-line Edition


I have a customer who has tried to load HP Insight Diagnostics online edition but it gets stuck at 94% - if you close the window it is running in and try to run the Diagnostics again then the message "AI is Busy" appears.

I have noticed that on another ITRC thread, a Nick Tillotson reported a similar (if not the same) issue. Unfortunately, it doesn't appear that the thread was responded to so I can't trace any solution.

I believe the software may be running on a server being used to manage an EVA environment which may well be Windows Storage Server 2003 R2 edition if it makes any difference...

Any ideas?

Try uninstalling and then reinstall the HP Online Diagnostics. This has worked for me in the past.
