HP Insight Manager

This may in the wrong area to ask this question,so sorry if it is.
I have a very good understanding of "Compaq Insight Manager" and have used HP Insight Manager from an operational point of view,but not installed it as yet.
Is the installation quite straight forward?
HP Insight manger is more databased as I understand it,very good for gathering data and then sending to a spreadsheet for example.
Any tips on how to install HP Insight Manager is most welcome.
