No.
To do Multi-Processor, all processors have to be a match, in both class, speed and cache.

Re: HP LH4 CPU dual 550 + 500 ?
hmm i got the machine yesterday,
there are 2 cpu's in it, i think 1 with 1mb cach and the other 512kb and the system is running ok thoug.
also can i mount any P3 xeon 550 1m cpu in the machine ? or does have to be some sort of special HP only cpu upgrade kit ?
i've seen some p3's 550 xeon's on ebay and i wonder if i can just place those cpu's in my machine, if the VRM's let me

Re: HP LH4 CPU dual 550 + 500 ?
If my memory of LH4 serves me right, you need the appropriate Slot1 CPU and VRM pair.
And I'm not 100% sure on the cache thing. I thought they had to be the same, but *shrug*, I've not added a CPU to an LH4 for a few years now..
