HP Lights-out Directories Migration Utility - Cant find ILO
There is a issue if you run Windows server 2003 Swedish version(maybe other languages too) and run the HP Lights-Out Directories Migration Utility version 2.0.1.
When you scan for ILO's on the network it wont detect anything not even when you type in the ip for a known ILO adress.
The solution was to change the regional settings from Swedish to English. After this everything worked fine.

It is hard to debug this problem :(
