HP ML 350 G4p server - 1720 Smart Hard Drive detects Imminent failure

We have brought one HP ML 350 G4p server. It has 4GB RAM and 641 RAID controller card and 300 x 3 GB Ultra SCSI 320 HDDs. After implementing RAID 5 and Windows 2003 Std. OS on it, server worked for one week. After one week HDD on slot no. 2 started to flash RED light. HP had replaced the drive. After installing new drive it worked for two days and same problem appeared so we did tried out changing HDD slots. We even changed the HDD drive cage and upgraded the BIOS firmware. The error message is "1720- Smart Hard drive detects Imminent failure". Could any gentleman will able to assist me on this?
