HP Microsever Gen8 not booting SmartArray / SmartProvisioning

Hi all!

Im trying to boot the SmartArray and SmartProvisioning but no way.

I receive the following messages:

- 1785-Drive Arary Not Configured. Run Array Configuration Utility.

- Boot logical drive is configured but is missing or offline

- PXE-E61: Media test failure, check cable

I've tried to search this errors but no luck in the solutions provided.

Anyone could share a way to solve this?

Hello,

There is a embedded controller failure, you need to replace the motherboard.
