HP N36L - WOL on Solaris Express

Is there any chance to get WOL working on the HP micro server using Solaris Express 11?

I've tried the remote access card (I can wake up the server, but not with WOL!!)

I've also tried an additional HP network adapter – but no WOL :-( . Of course WOL is enabled in BIOS!

Any solution?
