HP Netserver E 800 Beep Code
I have an E 800 with the following beep code
1 - 2 - 2 - 3
The website says that it need BIOS check sum. Can anyone enlighten me as to what is needed?

Hi Rich,
Are you getting any video eventhough you got that beep codes?
If so reflash the BIOS to the latest --If you have already the latest I would still recommend to reflash it because BIOS might be corrupted. You can download the latest BIOS from this link

Download the file and creat a bootable floppy off of it by double Clicking it then boot the server from the floppy and update the BIOS. You might need to press F2 on the next reboot after BIOS falsh and then press F10 in the BIO to save and exit
If this doesn't help, then disconnect everything from the server except the processor and boot the server
If you get a beep code that is good but if you don't then you might have to repalce the systemboard.
