HP PRODUCT NUMBERS
I need to do a warranty check on a large number of servers.
I have been using the following link:
http://www11.itrc.hp.com/service/ewarranty/warrantyInput.do?admit=109447626+1233831435442+28353475
Unfortunately I do not have the server product numbers (only have serial numbers and a product description)
I have used all the "quick specs" i could find to determine what the product number should be and have managed to clear half the list of servers.
Is there a way i can use BIGFIX /WMI to get the product numbers?
Is there someway I can submit a case to HP without providing Product Numbers?
Does anyone know the product numbers for the list attached?
Can I enter serial numbers and retrieve product numbers from somewhere?
