HP ProLiant DL360 G5 Server (intel processor Architecture)

I have some questions about the above said server which is Intel Xeon 51600 processor based.
I am using Windows 2003 EE server and in Environmental Variables the Processor_Architecture values is set to AMD64 (refer to attached image). Normally it should be EM64T.
What does it mean?
From where this value is coming?
Is it possible to change it?

Quick response will be appreciated.
Thanks and Regards

Re: HP ProLiant DL360 G5 Server (intel processor Architecture)

That is normal and expected.

Intel licensed the AMD64 technology from AMD. Intel's version of it became known as EM64T.

If you'll notice Microsoft typically refers to it as AMD64. Check your Windows Server 2003 x64 installation, and you'll see that there are two primary folders, i386 and AMD64. It's normal.
