HP Proliant DL360 G5
Hi TEam Proliant HP
We are planning to buy 3 such following serves to act as local domain controllers.
HP Proliant DL360 G5 server with
8GB of RAM (2 x dual core CPUs)
4 x 72GB Hard drives
Could you suggest any better replacment of the above configuration and I need step by step configuration of these servers from hardware setup, iLO configurtion for remote configuration etc. Pls. send me enough documentation to get more confortable, before I buy these servers

Re: HP Proliant DL360 G5
Read the documents for this and other servers. Then you'll be confortable with your decision.

Re: HP Proliant DL360 G5
that will give you plenty of horsepower for domain controllers. we have a domain controller running on the same server similar specs and utlization is very, very low. honestly you probably to need to throw that much hardware at a box that will act strictly as a domain controller. thats just my opinion though.
