HP Proliant ML150 G2 server vs. HP Netraid-2M 64MB Controller

I've got a ML150T02 X3.0/800-1M NHP-SCSI36 (366362-421). I try to replace the existing SCSI controller with an Netraid-2M (P3411A). But it's not working: after the POST when the card is initializing the boot have stopped, and the controller write this: Initializing SCSI Conrollers

Could you help? What is the problem? HP product wouldn't work in a HP product???
