HP Proliant ML310 G2 hangs during boot

Im currently having an issue with this server. I run the smartstart CD and then load the windows 2003 server. Once all that is done., when it goes to boot from C: it hangs and never loads. I have upgraded the firmware on the server to the lastest version that should resolve this issue, still not able to load OS on hardware.
