HP SIM 4.1 / 4.2 TAP-Alerting ( Cityruf Pager )

Hi,

we have got an urgent problem with our new SIM-Installation and it would be nice, if somebody would have a suggestion, because we don´t know what to do next ;)

We have the following Config:


Windows 2003 Server engl.
HP SIM C.04.01.00.00
Java 1.4.1_04-b01

If we try to alert an event via pager, then the following error occurs:

Timeout waiting for the pager service to start the TAP protocol. Phone: 0,01690 Pin: 450xxxx

We have tried to re-install the whole thing as well as upgrading the version to 4.2, but nothing helped. Note: the Alerting via SMS works perfectly.
