HP Smart Array 641 0+1 RAID Config

Is anyone familiar with how to create a 0+1 RAID? I have 6 drives in a ML350, two in a mirror and two sets of RAID 0, which I would like to nest into a RAID 1. The docs say it can be done with this controller, but I can not seem to find how to do it using either the ACU or ORCU.

Any help would be welcomed.
