HP Smart Array P410/512MB - Controller Lockup Error (code 851)

I am encountering this error for the past a few days and it's always recurring.

I have a Proliant Microserver Gen8 with embedded B210i controller, because B210i doesen't support RAID6. so i added P410/512MB to connect five Seagete 5TB SATA HDD to make a RAID6 array.

At first i created arrays but after a night of system running, when we check the controller in the morning the above error shows up.

It's been happening for a few days. After upgrade to latest firmware 6.64 it still happens, so i decided to replace a new P410/512MB (v 5.12). But it still happens.

Any idea or solution for those who encounter the same error?

Thanks

Re: HP Smart Array P410/512MB - Controller Lockup Error (code 851)

per quickspec the mircoserver supports the P222.

HPE Smart Array P22/512 FBWC qualified for RAID support only for HPE ProLiant MicroServer Gen8.

Hope this helps!
