HP XenServer issues with e9120f/M2N78-LA

Hi,
Has anyone managed to install the HP-Xenserver on the e9120f HP Pavilion that comes with the motherboard M2N78-LA?

The installation goes fine but the restart hangs by complaining that it could not find any screens (an x window system error #104). When I searched the web, I found the solution to be to set the x windows value in inittab. I booted into the machine with a centos 5.4 rescue disk but could not locate the inittab file.

Has anybody else had this issue and if so what did you do? I appreciate any help in this matter.
