HP dl 320 G3 iLO Problem

hello group,
i used iLO virtual floppy to install w2k server on a dl320 g3 (with adaptec sata raid).

after press F6 the driver would loaded via the virtual floppy.
after the formating the windows setup need the driver disk again in drive A: (the virtual floppy is connected) but after press enter nothing happend.

How can i install w2k server on a dl 320 G3 without internal floppy (over iLO)
