HPE PROLIANT GEN 10 PLUS
I wish to find out whether the community had problem like mine.
I just purchase the HPE ProLiant microserver Gen 10 Plus
I face with the problem on video output.
There is only output from the VGA port. The maximum resolution is 1600 x 1200 which is not acceptable to me.
There seemed to be no output from the DP port. I have connected various means and still have no luck:
- DP to DP cable
- DP to HDMI connector and HDMI cable
- DP to VGA connector and VGA cable

Re: HPE PROLIANT GEN 10 PLUS
Hello,
If you are using a known good cable to support DisplayPort 1.1a and the monitor is also working, then you may need to contact HPE Support for further assistance.
Regards,

Re: HPE PROLIANT GEN 10 PLUS
Thanks.
Both cable, adapter and monitor are tested with other laptops and they are all working fine.
That is where I was puzzling. What is so special about the DP that it behaves in this manner.
