Try reloading Intelligent Provisioning.  The latest version for Gen8 servers is 1.64B

I dont have a CD/DVD is a normal usb drive okay? And where is the best place to put it? The usb port inside besides the sd card slot or back or front panel? Sorry I am a bit of a noob when i comes to fixing servers :/

There is a USB Key utility inside the ISO image to create a bootable USB drive key.  For windows you may need to install a virtual CD/DVD utility to open the ISO and run the usbkey executable.   You can also install a trial iLO license key and mount the ISO image over iLO https://h20392.www2.hpe.com/portal/swdepot/displayProductInfo.do?productNumber=ILO_TRIALS
