Hang during upgrade from Windows 2003 enterprise evaluation version to retail version

Hi,
I am upgrading windows 2003 server enterprise retail version from Evaluation version on HP DL 360 G4.
It is hang at the specific lavel when 34% installation left.
I have read the article on the site about CPQASM2.sys delete before upgrade. I did the same but it is still hanging.

Is there any other file needs to be delete before upgrade?
