Hard Drive Recognition
I have a Proliant 800.
It has an IDE drive (Maxtor) and a Scsi drive.
Both were recognized and used under Win 2000 Pro. I upgraded to Win XP Pro.
1. "My Computer" and "System" recognize both drives under Win XP Pro
2. However, when I go to My Computer and double click on the IDE drive it displays "Access Denied".
3. The Scsi drive works fine.
4. For the IDE drive I have uninstalled and re-installed the driver but it still displays "Access Denied".
Any suggestions please.
I have uninstalled and re-installed the d
