High Page Faults from wmimgmt.exe on DL380 running SQL

I have a DL380 server running WIN2K Adv Srvr that hosts a SQL database for a CRM application. I have noticed that CPU utilization is very high and I see that WINMGMT .exe is generating excessive page faults. I have looked at the logs for wmi but I am not sure how correct the problem.
