How Do I uninstall Compaq CPQSET+ drivers/program?

I have a Compaq ProLiant 3000 and NC3120 NIC. Two icons (CPQSET+ and HP Network)appear in the system tray since upgrading to Windows 2000. How do I uninstall the older CPQSET+ from this server?

Any and all assistance will be most appreciated!
