How install w2008 R2?

when I try to install w2008 R2 (x64) I recive massage

I have tried loading some drivers from my firmware disk with no luck. Please tell what drivers wants w2008 R2? How install w2008 R2?

I am having the exact same issue on a BL460c inside a C3000 enclosure.

I've tried the 2008 x64 drivers for SATA/SAS from the HP website but it still doesn't pickup the drive.. I've also tried installing from an external USB CD Drive but still no go..

Can anyone tell me what drivers it's actually looking for ??

Sorry to ask, but you are using a DVD Drive right?
