How to 'clean' Ultra320 SCSI drives in ML350 G3??

We have an ML350 G3 that has been converted to a virtual server.
It contains three Ultra320 SCSI drives in it that we want to re-use within another ML350 G3 which is a completely different server.

What is the appropriate process to completely wipe out all the data on these SCSI drives so they can be re-used in another server without causing problems??

Do I run the Array Configuration Utility and break the array, what??

Thank you, Tom

If you're referring to a secure erase, have a look at these products:
