How to flash rom on a DL 145??

Since there is no floppy drive available, no CD creation information and the DL145 is not listed as supporting online flashing, how can you flash the rom?

and the current downloadable smartstart and firmware CD images do not support it either

KOV, thanks for the reply, but....
The first link takes you to firmware maintenace CD image, but the DL145 is not listed.

The 2nd link eventually gets you to a firmware download, but this can only be extracted on a floppy.

The 3rd link is to the documentation. One of the docs mentions a "Remote Insight Lights-Out" Virtual Floppy. Maybe this is the answer??!!

If I get success, I will post the procedure for others.
