How to format to Raid 1

I have a HP netserver LH4 with two SCSI 9 Gig hd. Problems is how am I going to format these hd's to Raid 1?
Are there any sepcial tools which I must use to format? and how the procedure look like?

What are you going to install on that server. You should configure the raid set using ctrl+M when booting.
Then you should initialize the drives. Afterwards, you can use the navigator cd to create setup disks for several OS (w2k, NT4, ...). Then boot from the OS boot disks or from the cd, use the setup disk created and then format the drive during the setup.
