How to identify dimm installed ?

Is there a tool, running under windows, able to identify which kind of dimm are installed on a server proliant ml ?

I have Small Business Server 2008 64bit.

I see that tool is indicated for 32bit.
The tool works anyway in 64bit enviroment ?

I execute , after unzipped the package,the file named: cpqsetup.exe.

This is the error notified:

The software is not supported for installation on this system.

The installation program couldn't find the appropriate system management controller driver which is required but is not currently installed. Please install the appropriate system management controller driver and then rerun the setup program.

Press 'Close' to exit Setup.

The system is a SBS2008STD 64bit

I found and downloaded the file.

The web page that don't open is those of the diagnostic tool.
