How to increase c partition size on HP ProLiant DL580 G2 Server

hi, please advise on how to increase the C partion size on HP ProLiant DL580 G2 Server running on Windows 2003 Server OS.

Best commercial tool is : Acronis Disk Director Server

http://www.acronis.com/enterprise/products/diskdirector/

If you search the web, you can find other free but tricky method.
