How to recover iLO Administrator account password

How can i access an iLO interface in the case i don't know the password for the Administrator account and the attached card where this info was writen is missing also?

Hi Jorge!

On the motherboard there is a swith called "Bypass ILO security"

On the inside of the lid, you should have a description of where the switch are located...


Just activate the switch and power up the server, now you can enter the ILO settings without using any passwords. Set a new password, save your settings and power done the server. Reset the switch and power up the server again, now you have the new password that you have choosen...
