How to resize a partition

Hello all,

I have a Proliant ML370 with a smart array 641 controler and 3 HD drives.

The OS installed is a Windows 2003 server.

I need to resize the system partition without reinstalling the server and loosing the data on this server.

I need a sure solution because the server contains critical data.

Can I add extra disks and configure the system partition to use some of them ?
