I lost my password to 4GB Virtual Connect 409513-B21

Hello,

I lost my password to 4GB Virtual Connect c-class blade, pn: 409513-b21

I reseted this interconnect. I switched switch inside this module, but then it take orginal factory defaults as I can found on the module label.

And this is a problem. I don't have this label with password.

So, can I generate this password?
Is existing some program to generate this password?

Please help me with this matter.
