ILO configuration for hp proliant dl 380 server
Hi guys,
How I can configure an HP proliant 380 server to "wake up" automatically when the Electrical light returns?
Can anyone help me? In the ILO configuration maybe?
Thanks in advance.

Re: ILO configuration for hp proliant dl 380 server
Hi,
If you mean when server is down due to lack of power and you wish for it to power immediately on after power has been restored then I believe that is in the BIOS.
Select F9 or whatever is the setup option. Think its under Availability or something.
Robert.

Re: ILO configuration for hp proliant dl 380 server
Hi
You have to set in the ILO config. under "power management" the "Automatically Power on Server" to YES.
I think it is necessary to check your BIOS, there should be a point like "Automatic Server Restart". Enable it.
Best Regards.
Peter
