IP Teaming on a DL380
Ive been able to setup network teams on the ML370, any ideas why the same wont work for the DL380?

Please ensure that you can perform Network Bridge using windows option.
If it happens then the error would be on HP Network Teaming App. If it fails the Error is with either the tcp/ip stack or the network driver or the irq.

if so it doesnt say any more than what i've already put.
we have now updated all our drivers and s/w but are still not having any success...

Check this option to isolate the problem.
Also Try giving two different stactic IP's on each Physical network port and third IP to the Teamed connection.
Ensure you donot enter Default gateway or DNS entries in Network connection 1 & 2 (Only the IP address and Subnet to be mentioned)
The third teamed connection can carry all the details.
