Insert VGA card into HP Proliant ML350 G4P

Now I am using HP Proliant Ml350 G4P. I insert VGA card 32MB, ATI RAGE 128
(Universal PCI type could insert into PCI slot 3.3 V or 5 V type and PCI-X
on this server), but it isn't automatic switch to new VGA card to use. In
BIOS, server recognizes the VGA card controller in PCI-X slot exactly. Pls
explain to me and tell me how to insert VGA card into server and use it.
